In accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data (GDPR), we would like to inform you about the principles of personal data processing and your related rights.

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of:

1. concluding, performing, and continuing agreements for services offered by the Controller,
2. selling services offered by the Controller,
3. providing service support for services offered by the Controller,
4. conducting marketing activities by the Controller independently or in cooperation with other entities,
5. pursuing claims,
6. archiving,
7. responding to letters and requests,
8. carrying out activities related to ensuring security,
9. fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Controller (in particular: issuing and storing invoices/sales documents and other accounting records, handling complaints),
10. conducting analyses and statistics related to business activities.

Your personal data is processed in the following scope: name and surname, position, contact details (e-mail, phone number), address details, company of the represented entity, and in the case of entrepreneurs additionally: tax identification number (NIP), REGON, registered office address, bank account number.

The legal basis for processing your data may be:

1. given consent;
2. the necessity to perform a contract or to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract;
3. the necessity to fulfill a legal obligation incumbent on the Controller;
4. the necessity arising from legitimate interests pursued by the Controller.

Your data may be shared with the following entities:

1. cooperating entities and contractors, in connection with activities commissioned by the Controller and carried out on its behalf and in its name,
2. courier and postal companies that will deliver shipments to you,
3. law firms providing services to the Controller in the scope of conducted activities,
4. entities or authorities authorized under applicable law.

The Controller undertakes to apply appropriate security measures, both technical and organizational, to protect your personal data.

Your personal data will be stored for a period appropriate and not longer than required by applicable law in specific areas of personal data processing, i.e.:

1. legal regulations that may require the Controller to process data for a specified period (e.g., accounting regulations),
2. the period during which services are provided,
3. the period necessary to protect the Controller’s interests,
4. the period for which consent has been granted.

Furthermore, you have the right to:

1. request access to your personal data and rectify it,
2. request the completion of incomplete personal data, including by providing an additional statement,
3. request deletion of data or restriction of processing,
4. object to further processing of personal data,
5. request the removal of your data from the personal data register of Teile Partner Sp. z o. o.,
6. the right not to be subject to profiling,
7. transfer your personal data.

In accordance with Article 21(4) of the GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. The objection should be submitted to the data protection officer. In accordance with Article 21(1) of the GDPR, when submitting an objection, you should indicate the reasons related to your particular situation.

In case of doubts regarding the correctness of personal data processing by the Controller, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Your data will not be processed in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling.
